Routine/Urgent appointments are released at 08:00 a.m. every morning. These are available online (if you are registered for Patient Access) as well as contacting the surgery by telephone. You may find that an e-consult is helpful, which is accessed through the website and a response is given at least by the end of the next working day.Other alternatives may be offered such as an appointment at the Extended Access which are usually out of surgery hours.
WE ASK THAT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT TO PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE – THIS WILL ENABLE SOMEONE ELSE TO BE SEEN IN YOUR PLACE.
